Chic traditional hotel with well-trained staff. Nice swimming pool and convenient location just next door to the metro/underground as well as the attached mall. Also, sure to use the Mercedez Benz limo to the airport or mtr.

Stayed here before now and would come here again. Spent 2 nights in this hotel during our trip in Shenzhen. The breakfast was marvellous at 10:45 and the pool was brilliant. The room was nice styled with a spacious bathroom- a definite plus, had fantastic experience. The staff was pleasant, the service was excellent, they shared some useful information.

Gorgeous and immaculate units with a very nice bathroom, the most amazing bath and a fantastic bed, and the staff were great. The breakfast was perfect and great at 10:45, and the pool was incredible. The location was brilliant, near to the restaurant, Nanshan and Futian and langham for example, in a lovely area. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby. Thanks to a top-notch service I had a truly memorable stay.

We booked this luxury hotel because of its nice location right by a shopping mall which provides the necessaries, Shenzhen and the shopping center. Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake.

the langham shenzhen is by far the best hotel i've stayed at in shenzhen. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from remembering our orders at the bar to surprising us with complimentary desserts. the personalized check-in and amazing views from our executive room were the cherry on top. i will definitely be back.
Late room check-in time was frustrating.

It has fantastic and absolutely perfect location with a cinema and restaurants next to the place. Half Ton Brewery, where you can eat, is a 10-15 minute walk from from here.
